Beyond 1.0

sventon release 1.0 has been available for about a month now, and we thought it's about time we let you know what's coming up next. We have been quite busy adding new features and tweaking the existing ones. Below are the major things that you can look forward to in the next release:

1. Support for multiple repositories in one sventon instance.
Due to popular requests, the upcoming release will feature the possibility to browse multiple repositories using one sventon instance.

2. Added sorting and filtering to all directory views
It's possible to sort on headings in the directory views, ascending or descending. Easy to apply filters make it possible to view only files with a certain extension.

3. Download files and directories as zip files.
What the heading says.

4. New logs cache powered by Lucene.
The repository cache has been enhanced and a new logs cache is being added, making it possible to instantly find commits based on the logs text.

5. Upgrade to JavaSVN 1.1
Using the upcoming JavaSVN 1.1 release brings, among other things, support for the file:// protocol.

6. Numerous refactorings and code clean-up.
(for those of you looking under the hood)
